Canpure CPFC series cassette flat membrane module adopts a unique combination of box body, high filling density and large filtration area. Membrane modules can be arranged in a stack, with a small footprint, simple system integration, and low operating costs.
Features
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane material
Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) has very strong chemical stability and does not adhere to any surface properties. Canpure PTFE flat membrane can withstand strong acids, strong alkalis and strong oxidants for cleaning.
Permanent hydrophilic
Flat membrane elements use proprietary technology to make PTFE membranes permanently hydrophilic. Pure water flux is greater than 1000L / m² · hr at 1 mH2O.
Gravity filtration membrane
PTFE membrane is manufactured by biaxial stretching process, with a porosity of more than 80% and extremely low filtration resistance. Generally, the transmembrane pressure difference under the flux is less than 0.5mH2O, which makes gravity filtration (no pump filtration) possible.
